In America right now, things are booming and have been for quite awhile. There are maybe some signs that it will slow down soon, but nothing major yet. We have been in a long growth cycle which has led to a lot of building, high home prices, etc. It has to slow down at some point, but it might still be a couple of years. The cycles of the economy will always be something that people in this industry have to deal with, unfortunately. Teaching online around the world really helps for me.
I love Italy, BTW. I spent some time there with my wife a few years ago, and even learned the Italian language in college, since I studied art history. I have forgotten everything, though :)
Well Adam, thak you, i didn't expect that XD. Now i will certainly buy them.
Now because i see no other question,i'll give you one more: how's you work going?
Here in Italy the whole building sector is in crisis, i'm a surveyor (i got my diploma 3 years ago, now i'm 22 yeas old) and i'm a bit scared of the future right now.
Have you checked out the premium models on this site. Most of the ones for that course are here for download, and I make them way cheaper. In fact, let me go track down a coupon for you, if you are interested.
They are $1.90 each, and if you use promo code "launch" you can buy 2 and get 1 free. It is a pretty cheap way to fill out your scene...at least that scene. I want to add more models to this section in the future as well.
I asked this because i'm following your interior course and i'm "stucked" between rendering and lightning phase because i don't have enough money and time to buy or make on my own all the furniture(probably if you take 4 hrs for a model i'll take 12 hrs or more for the same model). By the way i'm try to buy all your courses because right now i'm specializing in BIM planning, and i'm sure you already know that, BIM gives you a 3D model of the project, so i wanted to kill two birds with one stone
I have had one, but I never need as many as I am paying for with a subscription. I usually just buy them one at a time. I will say this, they are an excellent product! They can save SO much time and money. The only problem is that I am usually doing very specific furniture, designated by a client. That means, that unless DC happens to have it, I am on my own. This is why I have gotten very good at modeling custom furniture. However, it is always a very nice surprise if DC has already made it, and it saves me tons of money. Making the furniture myself always takes at least 4 hrs of my day, per piece. Unfortunately, a lot of my projects aren't as modern and cool as most of the DC furniture :(
The author’s effort to create enduring content really pays off. go to my blog
Hah! I'll tell my wife we need to start saving :)
What are you waiting for then? You have to come the next holidays!
Only some of the main tourists spots: Venice, Florence, Rome. I would love to explore more, specifically the lake regions and the Alps.
Where have you been in Italy? I live in Cremona, the city where Stradivari was born
