My first serious commercial project was a large, multi-family residential project in Los Angeles. The hardest thing was learning to manage large amounts of information, keeping my file organized, keeping the model clean, etc. The workflow is a big part of it, especially on large projects. When I finally got a job in a studio, they had the workflow totally locked down, and that helped a lot.
