Right now I Working on Real Time Architecture Visualization,So i create 10'*12' feet room in 3ds max and export it,but when import it in unreal engine 4 and place it it look like 6'*4' feet room height of the room match correctly but it dose't match length and weight....?????(I also set my 3ds max system unit setup centimeter.......)????

The units in UE4 are equivalent to centimeters. I'm not sure where yours might be getting messed up, but try scaling everything by 2.54 (conversion from centimeters to inches).
