Hi Adam and Everyone!
It appears clear that in Arch Viz its clearly time to embrace VR
I was researching VR engines (software) that would make sense to learn, so I short listed 3 following options
1. For fast prototyping and actual modeling in VR (how cool is that!)
VRSketch - an extension to Sketch Up vrsketch.eu
2. For more realistic and polished VR - UE Studio Beta + Datasmith
seems like exporting the scenes from 3Ds Max gets easier and easier. Did I understand correctly that now even corona materials would display correctly?
3. For easier (!?) export and yet again photo-realistic VR: 3Ds Max Interactive
My question is, does 3Ds Max Interactive at the moment have ANY advantage over UE Beta?
(apart from being free for 3Ds Max users at the moment?)
cause as I understood it is using a separate render engine Stingray and for instance Corona materials won't be imported smoothly?
I am just looking for the MOST efficient way to export my interior scenes (often rather large)
to VR, without a need from me to code, learn new shading etc. etc.
So I would really appreciate your advise on this topic:)
