3ds Max: A Comprehensive Introduction to 3d Graphics
As many of you know, I make lots of tutorials, courses, etc about 3ds Max for archviz specifically, but if you are here because you are looking to learn 3ds Max in general, then I have good news for you. I have teamed up with Udemy to create a comprehensive introduction course to 3ds Max, which I hope will be a flagship course on their site. It will be for all of you that know 3d graphics are cool, but haven't yet started learning how to actually create them. Here is one sample video from the course:
This particular video shows some very basic, but essential, tools for transforming, copying and instancing objects. Like I said, it is basic.
So, if you are new to 3d graphics all together, stay tuned for this course. Also, if you are hoping to eventually learn archviz, but you need to familiarize yourself with the software first, this might be helpful for you too. Keep in mind, though, this is a general introduction, so everything here can be applied to other things. For example: modeling stuff for export to real time in UE4, video game models, effects, animation, illustration, etc.
I'm really excited about this course. It is currently in development and I expect it to be the most high-quality course I have produced to this point.
After I am done creating this course I hope to go back to some of my older archviz classes and revamp them with updated software and additional, more advanced, content. I am always working hard to bring good content to the people of learnArchViz.com.
